Situation:
Extremely sustained growth, also on foreign markets, with continuous opening of new sales outlets managed directly in malls. The excessive recourse to direct purchase of business premises created a difficult situation within the company, absorbing financial resources that could have been more advantageously employed in the characteristic management.

Action:
Organized with a real estate fund issued by banks, the sale on a final basis of owned property assets, at the appraisal value; the availability of the sites remains for the seller, by stipulating long term rental contracts as rates determined on the basis of the rate of yield foreseen by the market for property of the same kind.
