Case History

Subject:
Company operating in the footwear sector.

Situation:
Strong growth trend on foreign market with consequent need to acquire financial resources to support the increasing costs of participation in international fairs, of supplying samples, and to upgrade its logistics for distribution and average storage in warehouse. Moderate capital base, real estate owned by partners.

Action:
Transfer, through an operation of property leasing, of the industrial property from the partners to the company. The cost of the sale was used by the partners to increase the company share capital, thereby ensuring adequate equity for the size of the business. The operation had no consequences from the fiscal point of view for the partners, while it had positive effects on the fiscal planning of the company.
